Budget friendly but still good quality lift kits ?

I’m looking for a budget friendly but still good quality lift for my gladiator. I was thinking about a 3.5”. I do some camping and light to moderate off road.

Clayton 2.5” Ride Right. Will give you about 3.5" of actual lift.

I think this kit is the best value in this price range. Quality parts and adjustable parts where you need them.

Budget is relative, so if you have a target price range that helps people recommend. The AEV 2" Spacer Kit is a very complete budget option. I have used a Rough Country Spacer kit with Shock extensions on a JL before and that was perfectly fine for what it was. A Teraflex level and a daystar rear spacer is even more budget. If you went 3.5" you have to consider things like a new driveshaft, shocks, etc. It gets expensive to do it right.

I am personally looking at the Clayton kits for the JT, just haven't decided 2.5 vs. 3.5 or Ride Right vs Overland+. The smart decision for me would be 2.5" Ride Right, but its a Jeep, why should I make the smart decision....lol

Spacer lifts are typically less expensive than coil lifts. Same goes with shock relocation kits vs. buying new shocks.

For a 3.5" lift, you are beyond working with your factory shocks and common shock extension bracket kits are only good for 2" of lift, so now you are adding shocks into the mix and that can really affect the kit's price range.

Probably our most budget friendly kit in the 3.5" size is the JKS JRated 3.5" kit:

The AEV kits are very popular and range in pricing from $1900 to $3600 depending on shock choice and even on the bottom end of the range, they still come with the Bilstein 5100 shocks.

The AEV lifts are based off the Rubicon models, so under your Overland, you'll probably get an extra 3/4" or so of lift. The AEV 2.5" kit would be also be a good choice, under your Overland, you'd probably end up with 3.25"-ish lift, maybe a little more.

I have 35 inch tires on black rhino wheels already for it. I looking to spend $3000k or less

Lol that is true. I want to do it right and replace coils and shocks for sure because if I’m gonna do it I want it to be correct. I am mainly going to be doing light to moderate off road and camping, but I will be driving daily

Ok thank you for the input and btw i really like your YouTube videos ??. I can use all the help I can since I am relatively new to the Jeep world. As far as price range no more than 3k. I’m also going to be running 35’s and will be doing light to moderate wheeling and camping. Th ask again for your input and help.

I stuck to 2.5" since I didn't want to blow the "budget". 3.5" would require more than what you had planned. I went with clayton overland plus and it's been great for 1.5 year. Didn't have to make adjustments or replace other parts and goes pretty much anywhere. I'm also on 37s.

JKS J Venture 3-3.5”. I couldn’t be happier. They sell it with an option for Fox2.0 shocks as the middle of the road option. Very cost effective and makes a great daily driver and rock crawler. If you have a rubicon, you’ll gain about 3”. If you have a sport or overland you’ll get 3.5”.

For 35"s, stay with a smaller lift.

And for the budget range, that AEV kit is probably your best bet.
