Installed some Rancho diff skids today. These things are built like a tank. 1/4" thick and really nice solid welds. I read several negative reviews about the front u bolt not fitting and I can see why the negative comments. I was able to make it fit but it took some patience and a bottle jack. The threaded ends are pretty short so it required starting the nuts without washers then using the bottle jack to push the skid against the diff while installing the washers. The real problem is the rear mounting tabs don't follow the angles of the diff ribs. Easily remedied with a little tweeking in a vice prior to installing. Anyway, I can recommend them if anyone is looking for solid skids that are affordable.

I got the Diver Down neoprene seat covers on sale over black friday sales, and they got in very quickly. I currently have a large dog and baby boy is on the way, so protecting the seats was high on the to-do list. They seem really nice so far, i'm gonna let them settle and tighten everything down again, but aside from the obvious wrinkles they blend in nicely.

Finished up the Clayton lift. A great lift kit to be sure! Waiting on some new steering goodies and Black Friday purchases.
Those wheels are just awesome, well done man!

Got tired of sticking the phone in the cup holder, and the usb door being flipped all the way open. Threw together a little neat mounting package. Happy with it so far.

Bulletpoint 1" Ball
1" Short Ram Arm
90° USB A to C adapter
Ram X-grip mount
Short USB C to C cable

Then I went on the interwebs and ordered a Rebel half rack, Literider tonneau cover and AFE intake.
I didn’t know anybody but CMM made a grab handle adapter… and this bulletpoint one costs 40% less!
Good find

Well havent really done much to the jeep lately. With cold temps, and no garage, projects will wait for spring most likely. So some things are piling up. Like skid plates, dead pedal, electrical bracket from 813, and relocation bracket for switch pros.

so…instead I have spent the last week installing this.

obviously its not yet finished. Like the duct work. But it is functional and working. I might have to modify it though as Im not super happy with how the draft inducer and blower motor operate. But its going to be my primary heat source when home saving $$$$$ on propane. And, it was $2,000 cheaper than a new propane furnace!

ilI like it. And had to get it before the terrible EPA puts an end to wood burning entirely. Might need to buy a second one and put in storage just for the future!
How often do you need to refill the firebox?
