Well… I said I was not going to do it, but I threw them on anyway. I have them so…
Let me preface this with I have had 3 different sets of 1” wheel spacers on 3 different Toyota vehicles and their OEM wheels. No issues at all and a lot… A LOT of miles on all three.
Knowing I was going to put 10” wide tires on base Mojave wheels, that are merely 7.5” wide and a 37.7mm offset (winter dedicated)… I dId not look forward to the overly tucked look. Well, 1” wheel spacers do NOT work with base Mojave wheels. Not without cutting the wheel studs and that is not something I was willing to do. I ended up swapping them for 1.5”, figuring 1.25” would possibly not be enough [either].
Now, it looks nearly identical at to my summer dedicated set of 10.5” wide tires on 0 offset wheels. Yes, “pizza cutters” are far more my style… nowadays.
Happy with the look. Not exactly the greatest idea with winter and Michigan’s road salt practices, but… RockBlokz and full top plate rock sliders!
“Fashion over function” I never say… now that I am 50. Hah!
