Very likely a crank or main battery issue. People seem to jump on it being the aux battery when it could as well be the main or crank battery.

Has the main battery been charged and then tested (by a dealer)?
Before you start the truck, don't touch the brake pedal, press the big start button 2 times to put it in run mode without starting. Use the up/down arrows to get vehicle info and then left/right arrows to get voltage, or use the Off Road Pages to display the volt meter. See what the voltage is before you start it.
Then start it and see what the voltage comes up to.

You have the 2020, is that correct?
If so - 3 years is getting long in tooth for these batteries, especially depending on the use - frequency of driving, length of trips and so on.

I found roughly 12.4 volts to be cut-off on stop/start working or not on my 2020 but the aux switches should work clear down to about 11.8 volts if I recall the settings correctly.

Thank you for your reply. I will test as you listed above. The main battery has not been replaced yet.

The useful life on these batteries is about three years. If one needed replaced, the other one should also be done. If you want to do it yourself, Amazon has a good option. I put one in a few months ago.

I had the same message on mine. It came on a couple times a month, then about once a week. I've kept it on a battery tender a couple times a week, but I kept getting the message. It turned out to be the main crank battery. Good luck.

3 years is definitely the deadline in these batteries. I remember when we all were waiting for our builds to be done, around the same time, and now we are all having battery issues around the same time.

I decided to just upgrade to the Genesis dual battery setup, but went with cheaper batteries than what Genesis website used.

Hopefully you get yours taken care of.

I had the same issue and changing my Aux battery fixed it.

aux battery already replaced in this case.

The main or crank battery can do it as well - as can both failing at about the same time.
(and I've found, independently charging each battery, and resetting the IBS can resolve some issues or at least gain months of life. )

I’ve been having this message display almost every time I start the truck. I’ll have to plan to replace them, I don’t think it’s worth the hassle of fighting the dealer to actually troubleshoot it.

Even without a way to do a proper load test you can get a decent idea of their health.
If the dealer does the work, you get FCA labeled batteries back in it at best, and an argument at worst.

The standard accepted old-school test was -
Test device with carbon pile - increase load to 3 times the amp hour rating of the battery for 15 seconds, note the voltage reading, remove the load. It should have maintained at least 9.6 volts

Interestingly enough, I went out wheeling yesterday. I drove about an hour to the trail, an hour or two around the trail and an hour back home. I never shut the Jeep off the entire time. This morning I set it to run and saw that it was holding 11.9 volts in run mode and when I started it up, it ran like a charm. I'm starting to wonder if my short commutes are just becoming hell on the batteries.

I did the same. Purchased the discounted Gen2 version during Black Friday. Took around 3 hours to install with help from the Youtube videos. All my messages went away and I have to say it fires up better than before.

I went to service appointment this morning. Technician said nothing was wrong- I had to convince service advisor that the message was not normal- and needed to be resolved.
I had to show him the message and explain the impact on switch functionality. He initially thought it was fine that I needed to wait a few seconds until my aux switches would function.
Thankfully service manager stepped in after I asked if they had tried connecting to a new crank battery to see if message went away.
mended up with a new crank battery replaced under warranty.
thankful for that service manager- and he earned some loyalty to their location.
