So, just made my first payment and figured I should show what I have done so far.

Mods to date:
RC 2.5 spring and shock lift
Fuel Hostage wheels
Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T 35s
Tyger trifold bed cover
Line-X bedliner
Led upgrades on all exterior lighting. Including replacement housings
Phoenix Android 12.1 radio
N-Fab drop steps
All-weather mats
Console tray for added storage
Custom printed decals (used cricut to design and cut)

Future plans:
Lasfit AUX switches (or OEM if possible)
Lasfit hood locking mechanism
Steel bumpers/winch
Leather or marine vinyl seating.
Various off road lighting options
Install aura led lighting I already have

Mine is very similar but I have a winch and plate installed on a body colored plastic bumper and no stickers.

Looks good.

I don't even want to look at the price tag of that radio.

i am happy with how it fits. It isn’t perfect along the very bottom edge but you cannot see it anyway.

I picked this up as an open box for $503 shipped to my door. This included using a coupon though. Best deal I have ever gotten on this type of radio. No other option even comes close to this. Even a non-open box is less than $800. So, any less than perfect aspects are easily overlooked. I am happy with it so far. Only been a week though.

I Am interested in the winch plate and winch you speak of! Those items work with the OEM bumper?

Rock Hard 4x4 sells them. The plate, hoop, and winch all together cost me around $1,400-ish if I remember correctly. Warn 10k synthetic rope. The install took about three hours with my teen age son helping me. We took a couple short breaks to hydrate and talk smack to each other. ?

A bit about RH. The equipment and plate is awesome. Great coating. Holes correct. Have a buddy help you. It is heavy. Took 30 days from order to my door. I'm pretty sure they make them to order.

***** I forgot to mention I swapped the front and rear extensions because it was more aesthetically pleasing to me.

So, I received the Recon fender extensions about two weeks ago and installed them today. Without them I am getting too much road crap getting thrown up on the sides.

The install wasn't crazy difficult and the rear is a little longer than the fender. It's ok as it will just protect a little more.

The front required all new holes except for one. The rear required all new holes entirely. If you are afraid to drill into plastic, this is not going to be a DIY for you. It's plastic so pretty easy IMO.

I didn't have to trim or heat the rears either. I just lined them up curve to curve and drilled holes.

I am very happy with the outcome. If you are concerned about the extra length in the rear it would take much to trim them down a bit.

I have added several things in the last month. Mainly the Lasfit Aux switches and several audio upgrades.

I will post a separate audio thread but essentially I have 6.5” in the four original 4” locations replacement 3.5” upper dash and a 10” sub under the rear seat. All of this is powered by a 5 channel amp.

I have a few more things to install in regard to exterior lighting. I have not decided on bumpers as of yet.

Installed an Apex Badland 12000lb winch and DV8 FBSHTB-17 bumper.

Today I replaced the rear bumper and installed all powder coated shackles.

The rear bumper is a JCW model. I was apprehensive about this bumper, but the quality and fit is pretty top notch. I also added the optional steps. Installation was pretty straight forward. I didn’t fully tight anything until everything was in place and me and the person helping could line it all up.

I am very happy with the outcome. I will eventually add some 3” pods for rear lighting. The bumper has accommodations for them.
