but can you get a 2door?
Not sure, haven't priced out a 2 door. Not sure how a 2 door would compare to a JT since that's what this thread seems to be doing and a JT has 4 doors. But I would imagine you could since the one Hilbish sold was a 2 door

The entire premise of this thread is ford is incentivizing people to switch away from hardtops. 2drs are only available as hardtops.

Watch that video. Truck was nowhere NEAR stock. This look like "Jeep's fault" to you?

I didn't say it was , just saying it's got a broken part on it. But you don't have to search to hard and you can find stock JTs and JLs with problems. More in the JT now than JLs but they have had their share of issues.

btw lol @ people comparing Broncos to the JT. How are they comparable? The JT is a truck. The Wrangler comparisons are obvious but did some of you buy a JT for no reason? Did you not even want/need the bed? The bed cancels the Bronco. Bronco cannot compete with a JT given the PURPOSE of a truck.
They're both life style vehicles that cover 90% of the same use cases, with the only extra being towing or hauling extra large objects? All the other uses cases of daily driver, off road vehicle, over lander, convertible, etc are shared?

I'd have to pull a trailer in a Bronco to go camping with my family. I don't with a truck.

You can order a two door with a soft top as well, $2400 and you get both the hard top and soft top for around $45,000 on a 2 door.

But you cannot get a 2dr without a hardtop. Sure you can get both, but their issue is producing hardtops, and Ford has specifically said they will not make a softtop only 2dr. And since the hardtop is what's holding up production, getting both wont help.

Actually your wrong, call a dealership and ask. They will order one and have the soft top installed and when the Hardtop comes in they will remove the soft op at the dealership and install the hardtop if you want them to. That's what my guy just told me when I called. Some dealerships may be different. He said to not hold up getting it delivered they have that option.

You can get lockers and 4.7 gears on the Sasquatch package with 35's and bead locks. Steel fenders, steel front bumper with brush guard and switches added for $49,000 and even less if you have employee pricing your able to get. Ours was going to be $46,270 out the door in Feb of last year, around $47,600 now if we order one with the above options. You can't do that in a wrangler or JT. Who needs the other options but Hilbish just recently sold a Badlands for $56,000 that they had ordered and it was loaded with leather seats and the safety package. I'm just sayin there are dealerships who can get what you want believe that or not.
Dude my dad orderd all that on a badlands and has been waiting for years, if your saying I can go get one on the lot today for sticker price I want to know who your drug dealer is. Sure there may be dealers out there selling to employees with no mark up but every dealer ship I talked to has had a 10k plus mark up on a badlands Sasquatch. I haven’t bashed the bronco in anyway and your right for 64k my dads truck is fully loaded and has a front locker plus all different terrain modes and more my problem is with Ford and there terrible customer service.

Like I said they just sold one for $56,000, not all dealerships are marking them up. Like I stated, 2 in my area don't mark them up at all. I haven't checked Mooresville Ford in a while but I have heard they are another one in my area that can get them pretty quick. I didn't say that the Badlands they sold had all the options I'm just saying it had lane departure and leather seats on 35's. It could of not had all the features but still was a badlands for $56,000 with the Sasquatch PKG.

Both Huntersville Ford and Hilbish Ford have told me, whatever you build on the website add tax l, tag, title and a $1500 destination fee in and that's what you pay. I work for a company where I can get employee pricing at Ford so that's $2500-$3000 off the price so that covers my destination fee and the tax tag and title.

I feel ya, yeah I'm not saying I like a Bronco better than a JT or Wrangler but you can't deny it's a pretty good value for what you get. They look pretty sweet as well. But I know people will be people. I'll have me a Bronco soon to park beside the JT, best of both worlds
My original interest was in a 4 door Bronco, but once I sat in it I was turned off by the horrible quality of even the "luxe" interior. Also, the lack of cargo space was a deal breaker.

I'm much more ok with the interior as it is with a $38k two door toy than I was with a 60k 4 door family hauler.

Also, the Jeeps have nicer rear seat accommodations. My kids are teen agers and still love to do stuff with us, so I'm happy to accommodate them.

A badlands is like a Rubicon. You can get one for $45k or you can option it up to $65k.

The JT has had it's share of issues. Bronco and JT have broken parts on trails. There is a post on here right now about a Mojave snapping a tie rod mount. Just sayin the quality is about equal on both.

LOL Do you sell Fords for a living?

To each their own. I see Bronco's driving down the road and honestly half the time think they are pretty cool, especially the 2-doors but Fords are not my cup of tea. Competition is always good for the market place too. Ford and its dealer network sure has made getting your hands on one of these a big pain. I was kind of excited when their launch video said you could get an allocation for just $100 on their website.
