Wow first max tow fender I’ve seen with them. I bought them but alignment was crazy so I sold them. Can you snap a couple photos of front and rear wheel wells with the rivets? Did you add rivets to the fender or to the flare?

Did I add rivets? …..yes oh man! a lot I put a rivet in every spot whether it was from the fender I drilled the flare if it was the flare with no fender hole I drilled that too.

the rear arch was rough to get the relief to bend it and try to keep the flare smooth. there is a bit of a gap but i prefer the protection more than the inconsistent line in the back

Yeah that sounds like what I thought would be required. I don’t know if our fender rivets are wildly different but nothing really lined up for me like others explained.

Ordered my set last week. Should be here this week. I ordered individuals, two front right and two front left.

Can anyone who has done this tell me how they got the factory rivets out. Tried pulling them with a trim tool but that is not gonna work . Looks like the center of the river may need to be drilled out.
Also what size drill bit did you use to make new rivet holes.

Definitely drill them out. I think it was something like a 3/16" bit to drill out the old rivets (I did the Double Black Off Road flares and they involve removing all of the factory rivets for their install). I didn't need to create any new holes for additional rivets, so I can't say what size bit you need for that. Drill out an old rivet and see what size bit fits in an existing hole?

How are you all getting the fronts to be flush at the bottom? I ordered the part numbers listed in this thread and the curve just doesn’t fit that. They end up about 4” high from the bottom on the front fenders. The rears will conform just fine though.

We don't. The fronts don't go flush with the bottom. The fronts on the rear fenders will with modification.
