Curious about dumping all the coolant though... I'd hope the radiator cap is designed to be the weak link, to prevent massive loss of coolant like this. Looks like maybe a lower hose blew off or ruptured?

Depends on the slope of his floor - could be the tank cap blew by the brake cylinder and the fluid ran forward, or like you say - the hose blew and the fluid ran backward.
If it was my garage, it would be everywhere, and headed away from the drains.

People Work?
@Lunentucker There are a few post on here on how to remove and eliminate the small start/stop battery and connect everything to the main battery. It worked to get me moving until I get home to put back in the small one.
I knew that. I was just kinda making sure that you did.

LOL - can't say they are or aren't. I've never seen a need for one.

But in his case, I think it's an unfortunate stack-up of errors, some might say a comedy of errors, but it's not so funny for the OP. One problem provoked other actions which resulted in other problems and here we are.
At least now he's got some ammunition - information - and can move forward a bit more prepared.

Looks like the price has come down a bit.
That's cheap enough to have a spare.

When you buy this - buy the right one!! That one has a 60a Fan fuse, *not enough* for a truck with the 850w fan. You need the 100a Z5 for that.

That's this one:

While JLs have both 854aa and 853aa ( 100a and 60a Z5 fan fuse ) the jury is out on the JTs. My Mojave did not come with the tow package and had the 600w fan but had the 854aa fuse array with the 100a Z5 fuse which works with the high output fan. You MUST buy the correct fuse array for the wire size you have on Z5 to the fan. Since my JT ( and I think maybe all of them ) have this 854aa, all of them can use the 850w fan. You are fine with the 853 if you only have the 600w stock fan, but otherwise need the 854aa.

I cover all of this in my 850w fan addition thread:

Checked out those parts. It looks like only the 2020 has ever came with 853aa - the 60a Z5 fused version. 2021+ all use 854aa. This is kind of like how 2021+ all have the "Halo" wire in the harness for LEDs even if they came with halogens. Jeep started simplifying the wiring and only made one fan wiring harness, the 100a rated version the high output fan uses.

If you have a 2020 and NO tow package from the factory ( Max Tow or Tow Package ) - you need 853aa. Do not put the higher rated fuse on your 60a harness. You can use 854aa ONLY IF you change the fan wiring harness to that which comes with 2020 tow package OR 2021+.

2021+ - there seems to only be 1 part.

Yeah, it appears that in 2020 - as far as we know - they used two different fuse arrays. Makes little sense as the real expense isn't in the wiring or fuse, it's in using two different fuses, tracking the differences, stocking the inventory and so on.

I'd suggest to those in doubt - give Benny (allmoparparts) the VIN and have him check application in his records. Best to not use the incorrect fuse for the wiring/fan.
