NEW Clayton JT Rear Track Bar with Tire Clearance Bend

It's finally here!

Our New Jeep Gladiator Rear Track Bar, now featuring a clearance bend for those of you interested in running a larger sized spare!

This is something we have been talking about, and have been asked about for a while now, and they are, for the most part, officially released and have now become the primary rear track bar we will be including in each one of our lift kit options (Premium Series, Overland Plus, and Ride Right)!

These track bars are designed to work with most 37" tires, as some larger or wider 37" tires may still have an issue fitting due to the overall amount of space Jeep designed this area to be able to accommodate.

If you're not interested in lifting your Jeep or maybe you already have a suspension system, either from us or another manufacturer, these are still a great addition to any build or anybody in general looking to carry a larger sized spare tire underneath your truck!

Yes this is going to be the new rear track bar included in each one of our suspension systems!

I just installed this new track bar with my Clayton 3.5" overland plus kit. It does what Clayton says it does. The issue now is the space between the frame rails/exhaust shield which nobody can fix. I ended up going with a Patagonia Spare instead of the Goodyear MTR I wanted because of the frame rail/exhaust shield issue. The 37" Goodyear is just so big. It cleared the new Clayton track bar, but, there is no way to get it flat to the mount even with 6 lbs of air because of the frame rails/exhaust shield issue. With the 37 inch Patagonia spare and 10 lbs of air, I got the spare flat to the mount. Solid as stock. Here are some pics.

PS. I am super impressed with the Clayton Kit. Super high quality arms, springs, bushings, and all the extensions needed for brake lines, etc... The dimensions for the control arms were right on. Hats off to them, it is the best kit I ever installed and it rides wonderful, no squeaks, no rattles, no spring bow, no need for a bigger steering stabilizer. Very well Engineered and manufactured. I am super happy with my decision.

I have a 38x12.50R17 Ridge Grappy under my truck. Exhaust is close, but it fits!

I have a 2021 Mojave w/2" AEV spacer kit and 37x12.50x17 Mickey Thompson (my old employer) Baja Boss A/T's on Black Rhino Arsenal wheels (I forgot exact offset), but the tires tuck very nicely.

I DID install the spare on the stock Mojave spare 17x7 wheel.

I purchased the Clayton bent TB after reading so many threads with folks saying you'd need this.

Well, guess what - I did NOT need it. It's a fairly close fit and I did not modify anything at all.

The TB is still in the original box. I'll probably sell it for a reasonable price.

I'm not knocking the TB at all - just putting info out there that it's not always necessary.

I'm assuming you've sold this since it's been a year and a half, but it never hurts to ask. I'm going to need one of these. This tire is taking up most of my bed.
