Hello all, I will be replacing the front diff cover and fluid soon and in doing so will be removing the front track back to get better access to some of the bolts. I have been replacing factory parts as I go with upgrade parts.

Currently looking at the JKS or Clayton replacement both are about the same price and just looking for a better stock replacement. Running 35" tires currently as well.

Out of these two options which is the better bet?

Get the Clayton. I run the JKS front track bar and have an occasional squeak that I suspect is from their known issue of having crap bushings.

I run Clayton in the rear and some off brand in the front. When the off brand one gets noisy I will be switching to another Clayton.

Clayton’s parts get ugly if you live in snowy/salty conditions. Mine are rusted terribly after two winters and I get new noises almost every other month. ( I have their complete Overland plus suspension). If i were to do it again, I’d go Metalcloak. Just my two cents.

Terrible bushings on the jks and it’ll rust super fast. Get the pro track bar from steersmarts.

Personally not a fan of the adjustment system they used, have had suspensions with that style on other HD trucks (not a jeep or gladiator) and they didnt function well on those for various reasons. Not saying it would be the same here but more so one of those instances once you have a bad experience you tend to go another direction.

Had yeti, it jumped threads even though properly torqued on an admittedly hard hit. Between that and the giant clamps limiting clearance I went to metal cloak and have been happy.

Front track bar is a Core with Johnny Joints at both ends. 2 pumps of grease at every oil change. Rear track bar is a bent Clayton that I sprayed with rattle can truck bed liner for extra protection from rust.

The Metalcloak products I have rusted up in one winter. Their zinc finish doesn't hold up to north east winter salt.

I have a clayton sitting around that I purchased and have not installed. How has the spray liner held up? Since we are on the topic of track bars, anyone got a quick reference on what it should be set to with a 2" AEV spacer lift?

I have JKS adj track bar and haven't had an issue and it's been on for 2 years. No noise and hasn't jumped teeth. I do have Clayton stabilizer relocation bracket and haven't had an issue with it either.
Eco, 35x12r17 with mopar 2in lift, 3/4 spacer... Mostly forest trails (overlanding type offroad) with occasional rock play. Just to give you an idea of the conditions I'm working with. Oh, BTW souther AZ so not much moisture

The spray liner has held up good on the track bar

Went from a clayton front track bar to a WFO track bar. Noticed no notable difference in anything. It looks pretty though.
