Alright JGF family. Making a few upgrades. I've got 24hrs to click the button. I just can't quite seem to make up my mind. It shouldn't be this complicated, but yet it is. Lol

Tie rod and Drag link steering kits. I have to decide between RPM Steering, Yeti, or Metalcloak. Not going to go through all of the specs, but I do know that you can get the MC with the stabilizer. But, the YETI and RPM setups have thicker tubes.

I just want to know what everyone is using and how you feel about it. And if you had to do it again, would you go with the same setup.

So, what ya'll got and what ya'll think?

Bought apex and it’s great…..rpm uses apex tie rod ends
Is it still the case? Couldn’t find any specifics on that. Still waiting on my kit.

Apex ones are clearly branded, see picture, do we know if rpm is selling an unbranded version or something?

I run the rpm setup on mine and it has been great so far.

It is probably too late considering the OP, but...I went Apex 2.5 ton kit and stabilizer with the steering booster...big improvement.

I can't speak for the others, but I've been very pleased with MetalCloak on our LJR and I can vouch for their customer support/service. I plan to go MetalCloak on the JT when I pull the trigger - but buying the truck, an Aprilia, and a lift in one year was going to be a bit of a stretch.

If you go with the 2" tierod/draglink then don't go with the yeti track bar. The space between everything becomes very tight if you ever want to relocate the steering damper to be on top of the tie rod instead.

NOpe. Not too late. I still haven't clicked the button yet. You all are making this a hard decision. Leaning towards Apex though.
