I just ordered 285/75/17 Goodyear Duratrac RT/LTs for installation on Friday. USAA had a 30% deal so I couldn't pass it up. They are a new tire so I'll follow up after I get them installed.

Tires and Daystar 3/4" spacers went on today.
Falken RT 285 75 17 C load

Only a few miles on them but my initial impression of them is very positive.

The sidewalls feel beefy.
Very quiet on the highway.
They drive and handle very similar to the stock AT3's.
They balanced out with no issues.

Between the taller tire and the 3/4 spacers up front I gained about 1.5" from stock.

All stock in the rear, just 5/8ths from the taller tire.

I got the Duratrac RTs installed last weekend. They are nice, smooth ride and no noticeable road noise at all. Sadly the goodyear shop messed up twice: 1) didn't install a valve stem correctly and it leaked, and 2) installed the wheel weights in such a way that they scraped my brake calipers. I'm not happy at all with the service but what can you do besides make them fix it.

I mainly bought these because of the 25% USAA discount and the $250 rebate when you use the goodyear credit card. I had to buy 5 as I replaced my spare as well. These tires are about $370 each. I'm not sure how they compare to other tires but if you can score those discounts, it's a good deal.

looks great! So those are 285/75R17 duratracs on the stock Willy’s wheels with stock suspension? (No spacers of any kind)

just making absolutely clear, this is the size I had planned on going to once I run my existing tires out.
