I am in the same boat right now…pondering to see what the 24 pricing be and if the deals will be better next month….43K for a completely base model sport is to much and thats with the discounts……best I’ve seen is 38k with the 15% and that’s without the “upgrade“ digital gauges for fuel and temp controls…..in 2020 I got my loaded sport S for 44k

I expect it to go up and no incentives until most if not all the 23s are gone. Then they will not do anything until the lots start to build back up, so maybe April or so you might see some incentives. But this is a guess.

I purchased a new Rubicon yesterday. The discounts be offered right now are incredible. It did take checking with about 10 different dealers to find one that would actually sell one for their advertised price, but I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. My opinion is that it’s time to pounce. Of course, my opinion is worth what you’re paying for it ….nothing

End of December is the best time to get a deal. That's an industry true-ism, so not just opinion. I closed on my Sport model this past week. The only thing I had to negotiate was my trade. Dealers want to low ball on that these days, since wholesale used prices are going doooown from their fever highs.

I don’t have any tips. Just be willing to move on when they throw some bs figures at you. I used cars.com and messaged several different dealers. Most were full of crap, and it did get frustrating.

Give these guys a try in Arizona if you’re looking for some crazy good deals. They have about 30 diesels and discounting 20 to 30% off. I already got my diesel from another dealer in Grand Junction CO for 17.6% off msrp (just waiting to pick it up next week) but could have gotten a better deal with these guys it looks like.

The stickers or ”MSRP” prices are the problem 62,500 is inflated so the 15% off is trying to get that where imo they should be and I think they know it now and why they weren’t selling before

There are some crazy good deals advertised, but a lot of those advertised prices are just not real when you actually talk to the dealer. I ran into that over and over in my search for a gladiator. Just ask for their bottom line, out the door, price and go from there. Some of them will offend your intelligence. It’s pretty funny when they don’t seem to understand why you don’t want to pay several thousand more dollars than what they have then advertised for. It’s not an isolated dealer either. I saw it over and over and over. They are choking on these trucks, but still playing business as usual games.

Been back and forth. I’ve ordered a 24 rubicon but the delivery date is now February and there is a 23 Mojave 2 hours from me that is similar optioned.

Today called dealer (mind you been watching price for months on this Mojave) and a 67,000 msrp Jeep they priced me 59,754 and 67,027 out the door. Literally told them it was 54,000 December 1st (with screen shot) and they can contact me in month or two when the 24s arrive and the price is 50k or less and we can talk.

Dealer came back 49,565 with 56,514 out the door. Feel like 18k off “msrp” was a good deal so I’m headed to MD on Wednesday to pick it up.

I decided to trade my '21 JTRD for a '23 Punk'n Mojave, and I will pick it up next week. The list on the new Mojave was $63,550 with a $15,310 discount or 24%. I would have kept my Rubicon but being a diesel and the HPFP issues they are having, I was concerned about the future repairs. Even though I had the recall performed, they have an addendum to the Owners Manual that was very one-sided that I read as shifting the burden to the owner.
