The Mojave is the exception, but it was also designed to be a high speed Desert Runner and not a tow vehicle. There is no rating change getting the factory installed Tow Package, but it does get the receiver, cooling upgrades, and electrical upgrades installed for you.The thing is, with the Mojave, only 2 ratings are listed:
MT: 4500
AT: 6000
There is no separate "with" and "without" tow package on this trim like there is for Sport and Overland.
There is nothing on the door sticker. So - this leads me to believe the tow package does not increase the tow rating for the Mojave, so he'd be fine, up to the rating for the transmissions given.
The Tow Rating is not on the door stickers, just the Payload capacity and the weight and axle ratings. The Payload sticker is specific to each truck, and takes into account the Tow Rating and the installed options.
