2020 JT Sport, stock for 25k, then mopar lift and 37’s. Made it about 30k almost all daily commuting. It just went to the dealer for trans issues and will most likely be replaced.

Mine got a new 8 speed auto at 22k miles. 35s with 3.73 gears from 7k-22k miles. Probably just a fluke. Here’s the RO:

I'm hoping to get first hand experience from those of you that have the 3.6L gas engine, automatic transmission and running 37" tires.
How many miles do you have with that combination?
How many miles overall? (maybe you did first 30k miles stock, then upgraded to 37 and have put 30k on those, 60k total)
Type of daily terrain you drive and off-road "abuse"?
Any major issues so far?

I'm in north TX, so pretty much flat and it's my daily driver and I intend to do moderate to difficult trails ~6 times a year.

Thanks for all good feedback. Not so much the snarky stuff I know I'll get :)

37x13.5s with original 4.10s, no complaints, absolutely love it.
Thanks!

What wheel specs do you have?

I assume 17” x 8.5 or 9?

What offset and back spacing?

And how hard do you wheel it? Any rubbing?

I had forgotten that. I was thinking about the t-case ratio difference I think.

I have the Method Racing 306s with 4.75 Back Spacing, 0 Offset, 17 x 8.5. 3.5 in Redi Lift. No rub ever. I’m a moderate trail guy, nothing crazy.

Valve body replaced, and day 1 still felt like the 3-4 shift was a little delayed and little harsh, and it was still clunking with a delay into reverse sometimes. Day 2, I let it warm up for a minute then shifted from park to drive and got a big clunk. Then I pull off my street I get a big delay on the 3-4 shift and harsh drop into 4th. Hit a light, no noticeable issue at the next upshift, slow down take a turn then comes the slippage multiple times while the trans looks for 4th gear. Back to the dealer I go ?

21' Rubicon, about 45k miles, 3 years on 37s and had valve seal leak, needed 2 O2 sensors and a fuel injector replaced last month. Had 5.13s put on last year. I'd say moderate offroading and camping about once a month. Every now and then I let loose but mostly pretty controlled offroading (not bashing into rocks, just crawling). Also daily drive 50/50 highway and city. I do regularly hit 80mph.

12,000 miles on the combo
28,000 miles overall
Street/highway daily use - mild to moderate off-road trails.
Everything is fine so far except a slight pull to the right. Need to get the front end re-aligned.

Lift: AEV 2.5" Dual Sport RT
Wheels: AEV Borah
Tires: BFG KO2 37" (they measure more like 36.5" before being installed)
