There is definitely a difference in the gap size between the right and left side. I'm going to have to schedule an appointment at the dealership next time I'm in Vegas (4 hrs to the south).Check the gap on the back side of the A-pillars (see pic below). I had to fill this gap with automotive foam tape to fix my wind noise. Before filling the gap, it sounded like I had a window just barely cracked open.
To see if this is your problem, simply cover this area with blue painter's tape and see if the noise goes away.

Just put some painter's tape over it. Depending - IF it's a hard top some have found reseating the freedom panels helps, others have found some adjustment somewhere to make them fit better.
