Did the fuel filter on my Gladiator and the front bumper on the wifey’s Willys. Spoiled brat, only has 1600 miles on it 😂

People Work?
Top and doors back on for some rainy days coming up.
Quick foam wash

303'd the Sunrider and it's drying under the ceiling fan in the garage.

Got to be ready for a lunch date tomorrow with a favorite human and fellow Jeeper 😍

Shiny. :). I met a friend for lunch, fellow jeeper and forum member, and “accidentally” got it dirty.

Installed my Sunrider. I see they got rid of the Z clips.

Congrats! By the way, where did you order your sunrider? Just want to make sure I get the current version.

PS, dropped the Jeep off to have Xpel installed today. Partial hood, front fenders, grill surround.

I think I’m remedial cause this shit took me 4.5 hours and I didn’t even get the last 2 bolts in right. I also accidentally dumped my bash plate LOL.

Anyways, new bumper. Well, new to the JT but not me - it’s been sitting in the box for 6 months 😁

My only complaint is the threading for the fog light bracket. I only installed one of the two screws for the driver side bracket. We’ll see…

Overall I love the new look with this bumper.

Edit: Shit, I need somewhere to mount my front license plate 🤦🏾‍♂️

Which bolts are the last two?

Furthest to the driver side, top one and bottom one. I think I’ll need to loosen everything and realign the bolts, secure all four, then tighten.
If you’re talking about the main bolts to the frame, if you loosen up the reinforcement bracket bolts first it makes lining up the front bolts much easier. Once you get those torqued then you retighten and torque the reinforcement bracket bolts.

this bolt. There’s one on each side of the frame.

No not that one. I actually didn’t even have to touch that bolt.

It’s these two

Edit: Adding more context - the missing bolt there in the pic isn’t lined up with the threaded piece that’s also connected to the top bolt in the pick (almost like a bracket situation)

What I meant was if you loosen the bolts I pointed to it makes it much easier to line up and install the bolts in that you’re showing because your bolts go through the holes in that bracket and if they’re not lined up it can be a real hassle to get the front bolts in.
