AMW 505 hemi swap. They just picked her up. Can’t wait for the swap. Anyone else have this done?

Will your 5.7 run on 87? If so, that’s a major plus. I see a hemi swap in my future and flip flop all the time on the 5.7 vs 6.4 with the big plus of the 5.7 the ability to run 87

I have the 6.4 and I love it .. big grin every time I drive it.. AMW did it and very factory like.. premium fuel.. when you buy the elephant you can’t complain about the peanuts!!!

It could when I first got it. I have had some tuning done to it and now run 91 octane. Even when I picked it up they suggested running premium in it.

expect a 3 month wait or so and numerous "well not quite yet" answers. I shipped mine off last Oct and got it back in Jan. With anything this complex there will still be some things that aren't stellar so set your expectations accordingly. If I had to do it again i definitely would!!

Why it's always good to under promise and over deliver, vs. the other way around...

May I ask what is not so steller? did you get the 5.7 or 6.4 ? What lift/Tire size? was that before or after the conversion?
