How do i know if I have a LSD rearend?

90k miles on the 2020 Sport S with a manual transmission. I want to replace the gear oil front and rear. 75-140 for the rear (right?) But do I need friction modifiers too?

Should show up on your window sticker. Typically near the end will say "Trak-Loc Anti-Spin Rear Differential". Standard on the max tow package as well if that helps.

Thank you, that shows a "conventional rear differential" so I'm guessing that means that it isn't a LSD.

If it's a 3.6L it takes 75W-85 .. if it is a full spider gear not an LSD . Rubicon's are full spider . Sport S you will have to look up by the VIN . You also can call your local shop talk to service gibe them your VIN and they can tell you also . I have done this. If it turn out you have the LSD you will probably need the extra LSD friction modifier .

Probably. My Mojave reads "E Locker" rear and "conventional" front.

If you're not sure, just add the friction modifier when you change the fluid. It won't hurt anything to have it in there if it is not needed. You can also get the fluid with the friction modifier already in it.
