If it was me I wouldn't buy the first year of the PHEV Gladiator. I have bought new vehicles for over 24 yrs. I learned never purchase the first year run of anything unless you like multiple trips to the dealer for recalls. I am so glad I waited till the 21's came out . The 2020's had all or most of the cam and lifter issues. I have just shy of 97,000 and mine still runs like a top. Buy the 26' model year PHEV or get the 2024 or 2023.First of all, you're correct that the Gladiator is another poor sales year from being a collectible-- especially the 3.6. I'd go 2023, unless you really like the (very minimal) changes in the '24.
All that said, since money doesn't seem to be a factor for you (not a slam, just an observation), I'd consider waiting for the hybrid. More power, more practicality and likely a 1 or 2 year run before Stellantis fails or they chop a number of models from their lineup.
For those about to tell me "If I had a nickel for everyone who predicted the end of the Gladiator..." --the numbers don't lie. Corporations need money, and the Gladiator isn't making it, anymore.
