I did this for my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon w/Engine: 3.6L V6 24V VVT Engine w/ESS, Trailer–Tow Package, Cold Weather Group, Premium LED Lighting Group, Jeep Active Safety Group, Auxiliary Switch Group, 8–Speed Automatic 850RE Transmission, Alpine Premium Audio System and Wireless Bluetooth Speaker.

If you have the same trimline and options, then this should match your Gladiator. For everyone else, YMMV.

The color coding for the "Size" column got lost in the cut/paste to the forum, but I have also attached "2021 JT 3.6 Fuses.pdf" for reference.

BTW, there is a 20A & 25A replacement fuse already there. Location 75 has the 25A spare and straight down on my diagram from there is the RF yellow location with a 20A spare.

Also, I can make my MS Word doc and Paint doc available if anyone wants it. I'm guessing I could just attach them to this thread. The only thing I am uncertain about is the Paint file. I used an app called Paint S which is for the Mac. Not sure if it is compatible with other Paint programs or not.

I have a question. Your diagram surely shows your efforts, thank you for sharing. I have a 2023 Gladiator Sport. No frills or extras. The previous owner had installed a Rugged Ridge snorkel. The kind that has the air intake run across the top of the battery and fuse box. I didn't like that and so I brought everything back to the stock configuration. No more snorkel.
3 times after that I went in to start the jeep. Opened the door all the lights came on as normal. Jeep logo across the u-connect screen, all good. Stepped on the brake to push in the start button, and when I did, all the lights on the dash went out.
I opened the hood, checked the terminals and looked at the fuse box to see if I could see anything. Nothing, but when I went back in the jeep, the lights were on and the jeep started right up.
My first attempt to do something was to push all the fuses and relays in to make sure hey were seated. All good. Then it happened twice after that. Same thing, move a few things around and it starts right up.
Is there a dedicated fuse for the start push button? One I can keep an eye on.
Sorry for the long question, but thanks for your consideration.

There are plenty of people on this forum that are smarter than me about this stuff. The only two fuses in the diagram that jump out at me as possibilities to check are F02, STARTER and F42, Power Control Relay Feed (ESS). That is just a guess on my part. If those fuses are good and fully seated, then I would try putting in a new key fob battery. According to the "ENGINE 3.6L Starting (Service Information)" manual:

KEYLESS IGNITION NODE (KIN) OR KEYLESS GO BUTTON
When the operator presses the Keyless Go button, the key fob is validated wirelessly by the RFH. If the key fob is recognized as belonging to the vehicle and is inside the vehicle, the system allows the ignition state of the vehicle to be changed by the operator between the ACCESSORY, RUN, and START ignition states.

My thinking is if the key fob battery is low, maybe the validation signal doesn't always work correctly.

Lastly, I am wondering if a bad Auxillary battery, which is tied into the Electronic Start/Stop (ESS), could cause this kind of issue. The auxiliary battery is located underneath the main engine battery. Do a search on "auxiliary battery delete" in this forum and you will find lots of wonky issues caused by it going bad.

Does anyone know where I can find the pinout diagram for this plug? I have been having crazy issues since March and finally just started going through each plug and pin and found 2 wires taped together (must have been done at a dealership because it isn't factory) and a loose green wire. I need to know where those wires are supposed to be pinned in order to correct this mess. Hoping that is the root cause. I have always thought solid green wires are usually ground wires. A bad ground could be the root cause. Thanks in advance.

I am going to assume that is the Assembly Power Distribution Center C3 connector but see the attach file to verify.

You can look up the connector pin outs at the below link.

Nope. Had 8 miles on it. Had the top end rebuilt last year at a dealership and also had the OEM aux switches installed at a dealership, as well as a shorting wire search that was causing my windows and locks to intermittently not work. That is nothing I did and I doubt my other mechanic did it. Unfortunately it doesn't run well enough to get to that dealership. They broke a VVT solenoid plug and repaired it with black tape, too. That is why I think it was that dealership.

Brake light fuse help needed.

I need to install a “Brake-lite Relay Kit” on my ‘24 Gladiator Mohave for dingy towing the Gladiator behind our motorhome. The first step in the installation directions, annotated with cautions and warnings, is to remove the brake light fuse. I don’t see the brake light fuse listed under the fuse panel cover, nor on the diagram above. Does anyone know where this fuse is located?
