I just installed the Teraflex 1.5" spacer kit and the daystar .75" spacer kit. I also noticed the front axle is now .5" off center to the drivers side. I also ordered the Yeti XD adjustable track bar. Just got done doing he research to show me what needs to be done. I essentially need to adjust the Yeti to be 1/4" different than the OEM bar. That's half of the 1/2" to the drivers side the axle is sitting now. My question is, do I adjust 1/4" shorter or longer?
You need to lengthen the track bar to move the axle to the passenger side.

I had the Teraflex adjustable front track bar installed. This, coupled with my Clayton rear track bar for for full-size spare clearance, worked just fine to get the axles centered back up. My shop was able to center up the steering wheel without any additional parts.

Ordered the Yeti XD Adjustable Track bar and Steer Smarts Track bar brace/Sector Shaft brace over the weekend. Knew I'd need the Track bar and figured let's make this thing as bullet proof as possible in the steering dept as I can all at once.
Good for you! Sorry I was late to reply, but your earlier question about adjusting the track bar was already well answered. It's super easy to dial that in once you have the Track Bar on the Jeep as well... I'm curious, why did you decide to install the brace?

I decided after research and the little bit of wandering the Jeep has currently. Its not "horrible" but the results of folks who have installed it seem to indicate that it removes just about all of that. Before I put the spacers in it did it a little. Since then its a little more but still not "horrible". However, since I have to install the new track bar anyway and the product has such great testimonials, figured I can do both at the same time and that should cover things in the steering dept for quite awhile.

Installed the Steer Smarts Yeti XD Track Bar today and axle is now re-centered. Measuring exactly the same on both sides from a fender point reference to the edge of 4' level against each front tire.

The Yeti is beefy for sure and it was not easy getting 130lbs of torque on the bolts from the ground but its done now and steering wheel is also centered. Tracks well and straight.

Adding the LCAs tonight and hopefully that will restore some smoothness to bumps a little. Will install Steer Smarts Sector Shaft Brace and Track bar Brace this wknd or next. From there will look at rear for axle centering (if needed). Thanks to this thread for assistance with how to set the track bar up!

I appreciate the information about installing an adjustable track bar. I ordered one with my Mopar 2" Bilstein kit. Another question I have is, did you add a spacer up front to level this kit out? I've seen mixed reviews about the rake with the Fox shocks, but not much about the Bilstein lift. I was thinking the .75" Daystar spacers if needed.

I didn't add any spacers or any sort of "leveling" parts. To be honest, I've always assumed they were either to resolve significant slope from front/back (and I don't have any issue with it), or a quick way to get a little body lift. That's all I know about them - a little more than nothing - and nothing about my results left me thinking I needed spacers or leveling agents.

I know it's a pain for planning and installing...but I would recommend waiting until after the lift is installed before going with a leveling kit. I can't vouch for the accuracy of the numbers, but I've seen people report between 2" & 3" of actual Lift (ie, increased height over the axle) with the Bilstein. I measured mine at 2.5 front, and didn't measure the rear. The sway height difference was about 2.5" if I remember right.

If there is that much variance, I don't think you would be able to assess whether a leveling kit was needed until after the lift was installed. That's my thoughts - hope it helps!

Thanks for the input! I guess I'll have to be patient and wait. Do you have any side pictures of your current set up?
