What are the pros/cons of using the dual battery system with 2x group 25 Batteries vs the oem 94R or H7 main battery and AUX 14. Having the group 25s easily accessible is clearly a plus, but do you lose anything in the trade off?
You will have extreme difficulty getting warranty service from most dealers for any Electrical issues.

I’m well past the warranty- genesis has several dual battery relocation kits, one of which uses 2x group 25 batteries. Do those that have opted for the dual battery setup see any reduction in performance?

The Genesis kit is designed so that you can run accessories on one battery and maintain a charged starting battery. It parallels the batteries when the engine is running and separates them when it is off.

The factory setup parallels the batteries all the time. It only separates them when ESS turns off the engine and it runs the electronics from the Aux Battery. This is so a weak starting battery doesn't reboot the computers when the engine restarts.

Performance is subjective, depending on your needs and use case. The Genesis kit limits accessory run time due to the size of the batteries that will fit in the space available. Leaving the factory setup intact and adding a battery in back (a DIY Genesis kit) is an option many employee to better control the experience.

the dual group 25 relocation system makes everything easier to work on and does not block the fuse box like their other option. It just does not provide the disconnect like their dual battery system So you don’t necessarily have a back up jump start if you need it.
