People Work?
5.5 ft bed.
350 miles EV.
500 miles hybrid.
Front and rear lockers.
Solid rear axle.
0-60 in 3.5 seconds.
10,000 lb towing.
Front swaybar disconnect.

That truck is almost everything a Gladiator is and a lot that it isn't.

It looks like a cross between a Bronco, Rivian, and a VW Atlas.

I really like what I see. They nailed the retro styling without being too retro.

I threw a hundo down for the Traveler with range extender. Let’s see what happens as we get closer to 2027. If the specs change too much, like the Bronco I’ll cancel my deposit.

I'm thinking about dropping down $100 on a reservation for the Traveler with the gas extender as well - got time to figure out if I'll really want it over the next couple of years.

Has anyone heard where they plan to service these? I like the no dealership model for the purchasing process , but I'm wondering where they plan to service these? This is an ongoing issue for Rivian trying to build up service locations.

Edited to add: I don't see VW dealers taking the servicing on since they were cut out of the chance to make money selling these.

I'm assuming most likely the rivian/Tesla model of mobile service and service stations in big cities. Certainly poses a problem in more rural areas.

Water ford at least 3 feet of water
Optional bench seats in both the front and rear

Looks like they were watching complaints on gladiator, and who makes a front bench seat anymore?
And not uni-body
80% damn!
On paper pretty good specs, but can you put 40s on it?

I was sold on the truck version with that badass benchseat.

The Scout is the only EV thus far that tickles my pickle.........the Gladiator is paid off in like 6 months. ....

Same. We're going to be in the market for one for her when the Bronco's warranty expires next year. Hers is a perfect use case- point to point commuting with around a 100 mile per day round trip. The Model Y right now is the leading contender and this may cause me to snag a used one until the Traveler is available.

Plus: BENCH SEATS! Our dog will love that. :P
