Man, I could be interested in those axles when you swap to tons, keep me in mind if it’s later in the year. With Welded trusses and frequent trips to big box retailers, I have no fear with this setup. If you look above in the feed you'll see i have a dedicated rock crawler for that reason.
On a side note. Handles incredible, brakes feel the exact same as if it were in stock form. Later this year it will be supercharged and on tons. As for now, it's beautiful to look at, lol

I missed that those were painted lines, when first looked i thought the OP was doing burn outs on a pit bike lolI love 1) that it makes your Tahoe look tiny and 2) you have a painted basketball court on your driveway.![]()
Just finished the build.
4.5"Rock Krawler X Pro
42" Nittos
20" KMC Grenades

I was wondering the same thing. I have a similar build except on UD60s and I had hydraulic steering and my ram was undersized and I had a heck of time trying to steer it and I just upgraded to a larger ram to be able to steer it better. With my setup not moving I wasn't able to turn my wheels I would have to be moving to get the wheels to turn and that was with a 1.5inch hydraulic ram. I just installed a 1.75inch and it fixed my issue. I am definitely curious on how this steers without hydraulic steering.Nice rig. Does it still have the factory power steering? Didn’t see it mentioned. How’ does it steer? Stiff??
Standard power steering and no issues yet. I'm not taking this one offroad until I break the other one and at that time I'll put PSC on this one as well. Steers greatNice rig. Does it still have the factory power steering? Didn’t see it mentioned. How’ does it steer? Stiff??
Just throwing this out there with tires this size it’s generally not a great idea to steer without moving on a roadway or high traction stuff like moab. Its putting a lot of unnecessary stress on the ram, its mount and the ball joints. The tires themselves are generally the weakest link but Ive avoided it like the plague after a demonstration from a PSC rep several years ago.I was wondering the same thing. I generally don't but there are some situations when you are off-roading and you need to turn the wheels when you aren't moving and I wasn't able to do the that.Just throwing this out there with tires this size it’s generally not a great idea to steer without moving on a roadway or high traction stuff like moab.
