Torque... factory says my diesel won't tow what a 3.6 will which is laughable and it will climb straight up a wall.... I lived in the Mojave desert, watched trophy trucks run from my front porch... none of the raptors or even jeep mojave ever run fast (our VW's did)... and even if they did, it really limits that ability to a specific area of the country, raptors arent running fast in Tennessee.... or any badge trail....For starters, the Raptor can tow more and has a higher payload than the JT. Putting a V8 in the JT will reduce those capacities. The live valve suspension in the Raptor is built for high speed off road, something the JT sucks at without a lot of work. What's the point of V8 power and speed in a truck that can't use it?
You didnt mention the front suspension articulation limitations of the raptor which limits where it cant go that the jeep can....
