Bigger Tire on Factory Rim?

I apologize up front, I am new to this forum and this might be the incorrect place to ask this. Does anyone have thoughts about upgrading to these tires on my 2022 Jeep Gladiator Willys without modifications? 2024 Rubicon. 2.5 AEV spring lift. Stock wheels with 37 inch Baja Boss AT tires (my favorite tires). I added two small washers under the steering stops on each side and no rubbing with an adjustable front track bar to center the axle.

under extreme articulation like the Rubicon, I will get some rubbing on the fenders, but nothing on normal overland trails and normal offroad trails.

I like the stock wheels and wanted to keep them. Unfortunately, the backspacing with the stock wheels means I needed to keep the stock control arms…hence the AEV lift and adjustable front track bar
