When you enabled your AirTag, it should have had a large and obvious warning telling you that using AirTags to track other people will notify the other person and allow them to disable it (also that it's highly illegal). Not to mention with the help of the Apple Tag hidden inside
Severely contradicts your post right before that? How do you exonerate the guy you murdered for driving the truck his buddy lent him that he didn't even know was stolen?Absolutely.
Check YouTube, they do it ar 130+At 90mph? I don’t know anything about cops in Arkansas but reading these comments it seems like it’s an overzealous police force that needs to pump the brakes literally and figuratively.
The goal is clearly to inflict pain and/or death on the fleeing person. The Supreme Court ruled a long time ago you can't shoot an unarmed fleeing suspect in the back and call it defense and yet crashing people who are fleeing is somehow ok? They'll PIT people who aren't even speeding which throws out the argument that THEY are the danger to other motorists. In reality the police create virtually all of the danger to the suspect and every innocent person in the area by these pursuits. Sure if it's a known armed suspect then you can argue it's for public safety. Your average car thief isn't armed or dangerous, targeting parked and unattended vehicles for that reason.Check YouTube, they do it ar 130+
Most car chases are because the administration made policies to not chase.High speed pursuits are stupid,
in my opinion.
The main reason is the risk
to innocent bystanders
and to the law enforcement officers.
Secondly, most car chases probably involve
a stolen vehicle, outstanding warrants
or possession of drugs.
Those do not justify the risk insuant
in high speed pursuits.
Back in the bad old days
they hung horse thieves.
Not because horses were so valuable,
but because they were easily stolen.
It was the lack of respect
that got the horse thief hung.
I feel the same way about car thieves.
The death penalty would greatly reduce
car theft.

Again only slower... the supreme court has clearly and concisely ruled you can't murder people for running. Why they get a pass because they use taxpayer vehicles to commit homicides not to mention the hundreds of thousands of dollars thrown away from the victims vehicles to the police vehicles to bystanders and other property. And for what? To catch someone guilty of having a warrant, stealing a car, having drugs on them, or simply panicking because they've seen bad cops murder unarmed people too many times in the news? Non-violent crimes should never be met with lethal force period. Now, kick in my door and that's both violent and a threat worth defending against. Car jack someone at gun point, go ahead and play bumper cars with the suspect. The lawsuit referenced earlier the lady literally slowed down and put on her hazards and told the officer she was going to stop at the next exit, making the traffic stop safer for everyone including her, the officer, and other motorists... and he PIT her anyway causing a rollover. The real solution, just like the bad shootings and other terrible police work is dropping qualified immunity and paying out these lawsuits from their pension fund. Over night cops would hold themselves and their coworkers to a much higher standard.Don't run, problem solved

GOOD!If you listen toward the end of the video you'll hear a somewhat grinding noise. The cop then makes a radio call identifying what you're hearing: agonal breathing. Safe to say the thief shuffled off this mortal coil not long after the video ended.
I've said more than once that they still do it... but it's logically no different than shooting a fleeing suspect in the back which HAS been deemed unconstitutional for decades. Just because they can and do doesn't make it right. Murdering unarmed, non-violent, fleeing suspects is unconstitutional period.Ok, slowly for you, smart ass.
Google it.
And remember, you started the smartassed answer
