From what I hear its pretty awesome. They are having a stop there for the GAC later this year and was planning on attending the event. Hopefully someone doesnt buy it and shutdown the operation.

At $50/vehicle, you'd need 350 vehicles/month to pay the mortgage, that's only like 90 every week...

doesn't count any of the insurance or maintenance on the property... or salary to run it. Makes you really appreciate your local off road park, doesn't it? Cut that down with the cabin rentals, events (maybe), deer hunting leases, and lumber would still be a stretch.
