I built a large smoker a few years ago out of a old stainless steel refrigerator (single door)gutted the inside, found some stainless racks at a recycle center, cut them down to size, hole sawed a 3/4” hole 2” up from the bottom and mounted a heating element out of my old little Johnny smoker. Hole sawed a 3” out of the top of the fridge, put in a small rain cover cap. Works like a charm, between me and my son, we always have it going.I don’t have a good setup for smoking. I can do small scale stuff on the grill with a smoker box, but not big stuff. I had a larger grill at the previous house. Someday.
Fried cabbage and noodle's with ham slices. I could go for that right now.Had some more smoked sausage to use up, so today it was fried cabbage and spuds with the aforementioned sausage.
