Whatever this is on bread, and whatever this is on elbow noodles.

(Weiners, spaghetti sauce, rotel, red beans, onions, bellpepper).

Sometimes I cook like im a drunk that shopped at the prison commissary.

When I’m drunk it’s either pizza or an egg sandwich.

I mean.

Those are great choices.
Don’t get me wrong. That sandwich will have meat of some sort, pepper jack ideally, and toasted bread. But still. College student stuff.

Gonna spam this thread probably.

Sorry @WILDHOBO

Easy night. But I did add banana peppers, Italian seasoning, and grated parmesan. You can really bring a frozen pizza up a few notches with just a couple small adds.

This gives me an idea for tomorrows dinner. Banana peppers stuffed with Italian sausage, plus a few other things covered with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

That’s what this thread was for. I and my wife very much agree. We won’t cook a frozen pi./ without lots of mozzarella medallions, extra toppings, and I like to add Italian seasoning.

If you love Pizza and you eat it a lot….
You’ve gotta get a Pizza oven. We have an Ooni and love it! Cooks a pizza in a matter of minutes @ like 800 degrees +
We buy frozen dough balls from Wegmans. Get the dough balls out of the freezer in the morning at 7am. By the time you’re ready to eat, the dough has thawed and doubled /tripped in size. 😉

Some day I'd like to setup a suitable outdoor 'kitchen'. That could be a nice touch then.

One of my other favorite things is to do frozen pizzas in my pellet grille. Gets the crust nice and crispy and adds a light smokiness.

That’s something I’ve always wanted to try. I don’t know that my grill gets down low enough though. With one burner on low maybe. I need to do some reading. But any advice would be awesome.

I love doing pizzas on the grill. I heat an oven pizza stone in the grill for like 30mins on super high. Then put the dough on for a minute or so until it browns and crisps up on one side. Then flip it, baste with olive oil, sauce, cheese, and toppings all go on right there on the grill. You need some stellar mitts. But the pizza is done in 5 minutes on a basic three burner grill. Comes out as close to pizza oven good as it could be.

I'll need to get a good stone and try that out.
