Anyone else use my custom water transport system? All my drinking water comes from a spring on my ranch so this Super Superior Storage System 🤣😂🤣 is transferable to other vehicles and works in the real world.

We have three of those exact cans. We keep them filled with water in case an issue arises with our water well, we have a little to flush toilets or whatever while arranging repair. I also bring one of them camping for hand washing and such.

We've rented a water buffalo the 2 times We've needed to fill our 500 gallon tank. I think I'm going to buy an IBC container and throw it in the back of the truck next time though as the united rentals is a 2+hr drive turning water refilling into an all day afair.

I have tanks and stuff at the ranch and city water at home. I just use these to bring my weekly spring water back for cooking and drinking.

Does it have molle & Bluetooth monitoring? Otherwise I don’t think it’s right for me…not modular enough. 🤣

An IBC container of water is going to be 2000+ lbs. IDK if the JT is gonna like that. Let me know.

I'll likely stick to about 200 gallons, but this is with 1800lbs of pavers in the back. She is a hard working desert truck.

I believe that's the Kompact Integrated Storage System.

I've actually done that for a number of years now. Eventually though on both my Tacoma and Gladiator I went to rotopax and now midnight Forest water cans. For cost-effectiveness the blue ones are the best though and great to throw on the tailgate when I'm trying to wash up. The only reason I changed out to the other brands now is so that I have the water attached to my the rack systems instead of taking up bed space.
I still have a few of those blue jugs around though that I keep at the house for emergency cases.

Ha I even have an overpriced rechargeable faucet pump for the reliance jugs I have.

It's amazing how cheap the USB rechargeable pumps are now. We bought a 2 pack for the standard 5 gallon water jugs for $17.
Yeah thats why I said I got an overpriced one... I got frustrated after battery life issues on couple reasonably priced ones. Then saw a black Friday sale on one that had stupid long battery life and was way overbuilt for what I needed and impulse bought it.

We pretty much only use the 5 gallon jugs for coffee and filling the dogs water so even the cheap ones last 5 days for us. Dishes, shower, etc are all done with the 550 gallon tank, 12v pump, carbattery/solar charger, and propane water heater down at the shed. We wanted to keep the cabin dry as we are only out there every 4-8weeks and don't want leak potential.

I'm curious what pump you have. I'm now running the specific Midnight Forest pump which to me is overpriced also. It works specifically with the system due to the hose attachments for the midnight forest containers but my only concern is the longevity of the pump as the components are cheaply Chinese made. For now though it works for my needs.
I've seen those other drop in systems like you other guys have mentioned though and you are right, the prices have definitely come down on those.
