Sarah Conner banged a dude her son sent from the future and she drove a manual cj5??? Maybe it’s really happening

Ordered on 4/27 black M/T rubicon with steel front bumper. Escalated since it was in D status over 30 days. The escalation agent said

“I have taken the liberty of looking up your 2020 Jeep Gladiator order and the current status as of 07/03 is the following:

Scheduled – All of the materials needed to start the manufacturing build process have been received and the vehicle should be entering the build process very soon.

Our resources indicate your vehicle is estimated to begin production the week of 08/19.”

I guess I have a different definition of very soon.

My MT build got put into E status today. About how long does it usually take to ship to the dealer from this point?

No added options that could delay it either.

My MT build got put into E status today. About how long does it usually take to ship to the dealer from this point?

No added options that could delay it either.

Best I can tell it is very difficult to speculate shipping times. Waiting on rail, how long they wait for trucks, etc. Some peoples ship fast, others still sitting in Toledo. Making a WAG is about all anyone can do.

Agreed but just glad to have it with me and can close in an instant. I looked at possibly taking that off if it were a nice week/weekend and knew I wouldn't need it at all, but with the handful of mounting points Id be slightly worried about getting it aligned just right after. I'm sure there is a way, but I am a noob to the Jeep lyfe so would want to see whats out there for tips and tricks and make sure I had a plan before removing. Even if only marking the exact location of the mounts before removing. For me it's not the worst thing in the world the way it looks and comes with the convenience. I will say though that if you worry the whole way home from picking it up about whether or not it will clear the garage door while open, turn the music down and try not to worry about stalling it if your garage approach is on a slope. Long story short...it fit in mine but I wasn't even paying attention. That could have been devastating after the century long wait to get it.

Upon finally getting time to research this more, the soft top attaches to the top of the doorframes with 4 bolts which should be easy peasy to remove. I was thinking it was far more complex....nope.
