This is the question of the decade... nothing yet. Hopefully soon...
The closest you can get at the moment is the nuthouse industries tech rack which has an optional, removable, paneled tonneau cover. But technically that’s not even at the moment, you’d probably be looking at a Feb 2020 build and install if you put a deposit down now.

not yet but pace edwards is coming out with retractable tonneau covers for the JT, one might work.

shit, this is what i was going to create out of plywood and aluminum. I imagine this will look much nicer, lmao, but damn, $3300? what weight can you load on the top?

There are rails up there... like channel rails on the far sides.

My initial thought is to add a locking bed box for that. The Thule racks come with bed box mounts for exactly that purpose. If you're talking whole bed, the drawer systems might do what you want, though they aren't as space efficient.

The RLD design is great. It’s made out of Stainless Steel and can support an insane amount of weight for a rtt.
I am waiting for a company like Alu-Cab to come out with their aluminum version which I have head rumors is in the works...
This is the main canopy in use in Africa on their rental safari trucks.
