Some parts finally arrived Rugged ridge hood latches, door sills, and rain guards, still waiting on my NFab Epyx steps been over a month now and still haven’t heard anything about delivery
Please educate me on the hood latches. It doesn't appear that they lock from what I can see. If they don't, what's the scoop? They do look beefy and cool though! Nice work all together.

Thats sound advice, but I have the soft top on and water kinda slowly moves across that thing, except when the doors are opened, then it seemed to move much faster. The bigger problem was when i got to the JT in a parking lot and had to open the door. It just flowed in! It was bananas.
Yeah, that's been an issue with the JL since owners took delivery in 2018 ... with the hard top channel at least. I didn't realize it was an issue with the soft top too.

I use @steffen707 's strategy when it rains while I'm driving, but I still get a few residual drips falling onto my floormat when I open my door. To prevent the forward drip after being parked, park with the front tires up on a curb or a prius ... whichever is closer. It'd be both practical and fun! There really should be a better fix by now though.

"Time will tell if it proves to be a good investment. I’ve dropped more cash in one night trying to impress a woman. I bet the Jeep gives a better Return On Investment."

I'm impressed! LOL

I gave her some tattoos (I prefer calling scratches and dings tattoos, makes me feel better about them) and earned another badge for Holcomb Creek up at Big Bear CA.

HA! it is raining today, but i didn't experience the tons of rain. I have noticed when you stop that a flood of water goes over the windshield.

So i suggest when its raining and you plan to get out, stop fast so the water rushes off the gutters then jump out FAST!
This means when it snows its gonna leap off the roof and land in a pile on the hood, and I'm wondering if ice on the roof will form if it doesn't drain well and now I'm asking if there's gonna be icicle's near the door opening and now I'm worried all that tech is gonna malfunction and the door won't open... but that would be pessimistic.. so I'll just say dudes with lifts need long ass ice scrapers with huge brushes on one end.
