Let us know if the grease takes care of it. I have the kit with fox shocks but geo brackets sitting in my shed waiting to be installed. (Hurt my back). Don’t want to install if there are any real issues.
That was it! I am so happy all the clunking and clicking was just the lack of grease.

Glad to hear that took care if your noises! I greased my links before installing, I do wonder if it is possible that I didn’t put enough.. the grease was coming out as it should when the space is full, but maybe on 1st greasing I should have added more.

No pics yet.. it is -15C and the jeep looks like a salted mess :-(

For all that installed the JKS suspension. Does your Gladiator carry weight better? I was going to order the kit but they were out of the HD coils. I'm carrying a Shell, Roof top tent and the Decked system so I have a squat with my suspension. When I drive it feels like a boat in the back.

Mine is the normal duty JKS, I have not loaded it up so I can't help with your inquiry, but at least this thread is back at the top!

What length did you guys set your lower control arms to? The instructions said that the factory length is 24" and the max length is 25 3/4". I wasn't sure so I set mine to 25". The day after I installed it I took it to Firestone for an alignment. When I drove it home it was pulling to the right. I looked at the paperwork they gave me and it said the caster was still off. When I called to ask them about it they told me that it's their policy not to touch any after market suspension parts. So they adjusted as best they could using just the stock parts. They knew it was lifted going in so I feel like they should of told me this before hand. Anyways, now I'm trying to figure out what length I need to set these to in order to correct the caster.

That sounds like a conversation they should have initiated prior to working on your Jeep. If all they were going to do was set toe and steering center, you could have done that yourself with a 15mm wrench. For reference, I also have adjustable lower front arms set at 1/4" longer than stock, and mine tracks straight.

Doesn’t look like much but the flex is decent! I am happy with the way the JT drives with the kit now that I have a 1000 miles on it!

A little more info... since we all love tire talk, those are Falken AT3W 285/75r17 on JL sport S rims. I had the tires with only about 500 miles on them when I picked up the JT so the dealer gave me the 5 rims in exchange for the factory 18's. I would have rather had the 18's with 285/75r18's but there was no way I was buying 5 new tires and another rim.

Don't have any side shots on flat ground right now. I will post one up when I do. There is about 1/2 diameter difference with the 285/75r17 vs 315/70r17 so not much of a visible difference from the undersized metric 35's.

Pic to demonstrate fender/tire gap.... there is about an inch of space between the top of the tall can of beer and the fender

Tax refund came in, probably buying my lift soon.
Question: did anyone get adjustable lower or upper control arms as well?
Are they needed with this kit?

I have the adjustable arms. They will offer a little more suspension flex. If you plan on wheeling it? I would say get them.

If you go with aftermarket control arms you will have the ability to correct pinion angle and caster so the Jeep will drive better on the hwy and proper pinion angle reduces potential wear and potential vibrations. You won’t get more flex by adding arms. More flex will require longer shocks than what are included in the kit. But then you need to start changing other things also.

I run the geometry correction brackets as I have on my past 2 jeeps and am very happy with the way the JT drives. I don't have the alignment sheet to give caster numbers though..

Anyway I think that it might be a little nuts to not correct the geometry one way or the other, after all the money spent it is nice to have a rig that drives well.
