Looks good! I've been trying to find a wheel and tire combo that keeps the tires under the wheel wells like the factory wheels, but I may have to accept some tire sticking out or just keep the factory wheels.

I kept the factory wheels to keep things tucked under the flares so the tires didn’t throw crap all over the sides. Besides I think that the wheels look better with bigger tires on them

Thanks to everyone again for their input. I'm actually going to get the AEV pintlers in 17x8.5. They were always a favorite but I didn't realize how much better the offset was than the Mayhems. I'd prefer not to do a level at this point but have narrowed it down to either the 285/70s at stock height or the 295/70s with a 1" Teraflex spacer (assuming you can use just the 1" from the 1.5" kit).

Yes the kit gives you the option of using just the 1” spacer or adding in the .5” spacer.

yes you can just use the 1", that's what I did.

Go 1.5 spacer up front and 3/4 in the rear. Get some quality shocks to improve the ride and toss the 285/75r17 tires on there and enjoy!!

I run the 34’s. Stock and with JKS lift.

I just read your comment and ran out and ripped my plastic end caps off. Bumper looks so much better! Did you protect the back of the fog lights at all?

No lift stock ride running 315/70/17 with -12 offset and 4.5” backspacing no rubbing on sport S

Would 35/12.5/17 fit on a stock sport?

if not, what is the largest size I could go with no spacer, lift, and using stock wheels?

I decided to go with Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 285/70r17. While I originally started at 35x12.50s, then 285/75s - they just seemed a little big with the potential of rubbing (with no lift or level) when I decide to get off road while camping or mountain biking. The Nittos got delivered today, the AEVs come in tomorrow. The tires are definitely beefy compared to stock Sport. I can’t wait to see them on.

Nah I didn’t do anything to protect them.
I trimmed the portion off that stuck out past the bumper using the bumper itself as a template. Then I bolted the covers back on. Weather permitting I will get pics tomorrow

Here's what the 285/70r17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers look like on 17x9.5s with a 1.5" levelling lift up front.
