Did my first couple major mods. Painted the grille black with that Plastidip stuff I saw in the forums earlier. Installed some RokBlokz mud flaps. Then installed the chase rack (Armordillo CR1 for anyone who is curious) to break up that square back look a bit! Gives me future options to mount lights too. Took off the Rubicon sliders because I have some FabFours sliders on the way and front bumper/winch is next when they show up.

I went back and forth on what I was going to do about steps. My wife, both boys, and myself are short. Lol. I was set on getting some NFabs but didn’t like the idea of removing the Rubicon rock rails and trying to sell them. @eligius posted these steps and I was sold. I welded them onto the rock rail and I think it turned out really well.

I hear you. I was looking for a long time. Then I seen that this would work with the factory Rubicon skid and was on sale. I picked it up for $367 after the $100 rebate.

Where did you purchase it? This looks like it would work great with the trail cam, and that's very reasonably priced!

Washed it for the 4th time. Put tire shine on the tires, I'm normally not a fan but for some reason my BFGs starting getting a orangy look to them. Never had them do that before

You may be getting some pollen on them from that pine tree in the photo. Not sure when the pollen season starts in NC.

There's f***ing tree sperm everywhere here! Granite Crystal Metallic paint makes that shit glow neon in the sunlight. It's been horrible this week. My JTR turned neon yellow, and when you get to about 55 MPH, it's like waves of it flying off the truck into the wind.

Where do those support brackets around the bedrail come from? It looks like they could be easily adapted to move the crossmembers higher, allowing the OEM folding tonneau cover to easily roll up.
