Took off the plastic air dam off my Overland and installed a steel skid plate. The brackets aren't on the Overland, the guy I bought it from sent the two top ones, four bolts, and the four mounting screws. I bought the lower ones, eight rivnuts and four bolts to make it work.

Installed my first mod...The Jeep All-weather floor mats. REALLY like them so far! Forgot to take a pic..I'll get one next time I'm back downstairs. :like:

Next will be lift, tires & wheels... And then Fab Fours winch bumper and Warn 9.5XP. I already have the winch...Had it brand new in the box for 15 years. I bought 2 of them for an offroad project (F&R winches), used one of them, ended up not using the 2nd one, sold the used one, and kept the BNIB one for later, because it's a bit on the small side for my Cummins, which really needs a 12,000 minimum (I have a barely used Warn M15000 sitting on another truck that will eventually get swapped onto the Cummins)...Now is later, and that 9.5xP is perfect for the JTR.

Moved the ham radio body to behind the rear seat, drivers side. The mesh pocket there is actually pretty perfect to hold it in place for now, although I may mount the bracket at some point later. Cleaned up the head mount using the magnet-based pate that came with the radio and a ram-ball flat plate, then built a little bracket to hold the mic. Need to grind it down a bit to make the mic hang better but works for now. For the person asking earlier, you can see the carolina metal master's ball mount to the grab bar better here. Pricey but super solid.

Finally got around to installing the ACE rails and Bestop Sunrider today. Removing the body bolts was an adventure, but used the Bolt Buster heat induction tool as recommended by others on the forum and luckily had no broken bolts.

More for the JT but I finished my door rack. Wanted something I could move around. I don't have any wall space to hang them so this works for me. Came up with the idea myself and then happend to see someone already makes something like this.

I’ve been planning this for a while, finally got around to adding my 12v power accessory ports to the bed. I ran marine 8awg wire from the battery inside the frame rails to the rear, added a fuse block at the rear frame, then came up with a switch powering a usb C, 3 usb A, and a cigarette lighter port. Then I also have an always hot SAE plug. My Jeep came with the factory inverter so I already have 110 in the bed also.

I threw a set of Rubicon front shocks on my Sport S. I have the rears ready to install as well, but will take care of those this coming weekend. The difference in ride quality is pretty nice just from swapping out the front, and I couldn't beat the deal I got from an ebay seller ($206 for all four shipped).
