I did not use the cross over in the box with the Kenwood's, I think the stock system is already filtered for the dash speakers. I used the adapters Crutchfield sent and plugged right in. Turned it on and was very pleased
Hey Dave, which adapters ? Can you share a picture or model number? Crutchfield is out of stock so I bought on ebay. Need to see what I need to buy additionally.

I threw a set of Rubicon front shocks on my Sport S. I have the rears ready to install as well, but will take care of those this coming weekend. The difference in ride quality is pretty nice just from swapping out the front, and I couldn't beat the deal I got from an ebay seller ($206 for all four shipped).

nicely done.
I’ve been planning this for a while, finally got around to adding my 12v power accessory ports to the bed. I ran marine 8awg wire from the battery inside the frame rails to the rear, added a fuse block at the rear frame, then came up with a switch powering a usb C, 3 usb A, and a cigarette lighter port. Then I also have an always hot SAE plug. My Jeep came with the factory inverter so I already have 110 in the bed also.

I'm working on the same thing. How did you adhere your fuse box to the frame? Did you find a gromet for where the battery cables go into the frame?

Buzzlb, I also have a few question about your SmartLiner: What is it made of? It it hard or is it a soft foam? Based on pics it's hard to tell. Wondering if it would hold up to the abuse a drop in or spay in liner would? Thanks!
It is heavy solid rubber. I wanted a smoother and softer floor for my knees and to keep things from sliding around. I have the factory liner for ‘abuse’.

Got the latest backup camera update on my 8.4" screen. It now changes brightness of the back up camera screen at night.
And the camera icon is a gladiator now

Mine may already be up-to-date (says no updates on the uconnect site). My icon does show a gladiator with backup camera - and the backup at night is very bright (almost like daylight)

Today I finished my Jeep. The final addition is a gladiator vinyl decal on the hood. Now we wait for some warm weather to take the doors and roof off

I just screwed the fuse block to the frame at both ends, however that was a real pain given how hard the steel is in the frame. I also haven’t found a Grommet for the wires yet, but so far there doesn’t seem to be any wear. I tried to make sure there was slack inside the frame, but that they were sinched down as close to exiting as possible.
