Did you contact your dealership? I just want someone from Canada to confirm that the dealer acknowledged the TSB so I can point this out to the dealer.
I contacted and they mentioned it's a US TSB and not Canadian and I do face the steering wandering issue..
PM sent.

I hope that's not the case. Surely the issue is the same here in Canada as it is in the U.S. After all Wranglers are built in a factory in Brampton Ontario and shipped to the U.S. The T.S.B. would apply to those Wranglers in the US...so the TSB should apply and work for us in Canada too.
Being from the Toledo Ohio area..... The Jeep capital of the world.....All Wranglers and Gladiators are proudly assembled right here in N.W. Ohio in the U.S.A. Not in Canada :)

My gladiator has 400mi currently and I thought this was a jeep thing being how square it is. . Anyone doing this at a socal dealer? Also how is this not a recall? I'd imagine this can* be very dangerous.

In the TSB they say that the dealer will do the work if a customers says they have the symptoms described.
I'm looking forward to having the work done. Just have a dealer with a bad attitude. Sign on the building says, "New Management. New Attitude" New owners there....

I was very happy to see Jeep call me and set up a time with the dealer to have the work done. I will let everyone know if it fixes the issue.

It's strange how some people, myself included were able to get the parts, and in for repair right away, and others are being told 4-5 weeks. I brought mine to the dealer yesterday, and the parts were a couple hours away, and it is at the dealer right now being repaired. I am cautiously optimistic this will be the solution, I have been waiting for. I will post my impressions when I pick it up later today.

The TSB says if you tell then you have the issue they are supposed to do the repair. When my dealer pulled up the TSB, they said it had no conditions to be met to do the repair. I would escalate @JeepCares and/or try another dealer.

I contacted my local dealership (Coquitlam, British Columbia)
He said he had nothing about a TSB on his computer.
When I started discussing the TSB and the fact I have a small lift and 37's he got extremely defensive and in a round about way said that if something broke it was the lift and tires fault and they wouldn't warranty anything.

Not exactly I hoped for, especially when this particular dealership sponsors the local 4 wheel drive association..

I took my JT in for the first oil change and tire rotation yesterday. When I got there I told the service advisor about the loose steering and wandering all over the road and he wrote it up. When they got thru with the service and tire rotatlon they brought it around to the front and the advisor came over and went over the ticket and he let me know the part department has the steering box on order and he will call me when the part comes in . Said it would take about half a day. No discussion and he said he didn't need to drive it they would take my word for it. Kinda surprised me.

I'm based in Newfoundland, Canada. I messaged my dealer and showed the TSB and they mentioned that it's a US-only TSB and it's not issued for Canada yet so they can't work on this.
Any Candian owners who got an update about this TSB from the dealers?
The TSB says: This bulletin applies to vehicles within the following markets/countries: North America, APAC, LATAM and EMEA

It’s been awhile since I took Geography and please correct me if I’m wrong BUT Canada IS part of North America.
Which means the Canadian Market is Part of the North American market and covered!!
