Sure, I am running a Yaesu FTM-400XDR. I mounted the antenna on the trail rail, I mounted the radio under the passenger seat using a jl audio amp rack. I ran the wires up the dash and mounted the faceplate on the ram mount. Hope to gives you some ideas!

Small thing, replaced stock halogen fog light bulbs with Alla led bulbs. Received my Hikari head light led's but one tab broke and have ordered replacement. Hoping they arrive soon.

Found a Mohave rear bumper for sale locally for steal. Was able to add the 2nd tow hook without having to cut a hole in the bumper.

Put some cheap tube doors on the Gladiator today. They are good for the price, not great.

The good:
Price
Looks good.
The mirrors are bigger and work better than the stock ones.
The latching mechanism works well
Feel solid

The bad:
Quality is soso, mostly the finish
The black coating is thin and had rub marks from the factory
All the hardware is not black

Over all I feel like the doors/mirrors were worth the price ($415). Since I have a long list of upgrades, I went cheap on the tube doors. I am happy with them, but I can see myself upgrading them a year or two down the road, once I get my other upgrades completed. They actually look a lot better in person too. They just don't photograph that well. My wife thought they look awesome. And she is a tough critic.

Added Rough Country cubes lights to my Arcus bumper. Used the holes that the over rider bar would mount to.

Why not just make a winter project of refinishing them and black out the hardware? If you like the look and they function well...

So the finish is good enough. It’s almost a relief because I don’t have to worry about them getting banged up. They are like my basher doors. I do want to do something about the hardware. I was think about getting new ones because these seem a little soft. I could feel them wanting to strip when I was tightening them down. So I was going to search for some better ones.

if the finish does get real bad, I will refinish them
