As a follow up, I ordered the synergy adjustable track bar. It didn't arrive in time when the lift was put on and I took delivery of the vehicle.
The truck rides great with the Mopar kit and the fox steering stabilizer. I measure the front axle and I'm dead on in the back and 1" shifted to the drivers side in the front. Not sure when I'll have time to put the track bar on, but I assume if I want to shift it to the passenger side, I will need to make it longer then the factory bar by 1/2" approx. Does that sound correct? I also assume, I'll need to adjust the drag link to center the steering wheel and another alignment again?
Thanks

The thing is, if you change your track bar, which you absolutely should, then you should also get your rig’s front end aligned as it will definitely be out after your adjustment. Just something to keep in mind

Right. I figured so. Just double checking. I assume the alignment shop will do the adjustments to the drag link to center the steering wheel
Thanks

yep. Really its ideal to find a shop that will install your track bar and do the alignment all at once.

and the steer smarts yeti is too much for a 2 inch lift. Think you made the right choice, in my opinion

Thanks. That's what I was thinking, but my only concern was 1 member on this site showed a interference with the synergy track bar to a bracket on the passenger side and synergy told him they weren't responsible with the variations in Jeep manufacturing tolerances. So I'm a bit nervous about that.
We have a really good spring shop here in SE Michigan that will do the work and can align at the same time. Just not sure what their lead times are etc.

Saw that. i think that guy clearanced the track bar on the side with the binding issue. I would be careful doing that but visually he didnt take a lot of material off. Tons of jeepers use synergy. I have their sector shaft brace and its a quality piece. Also have their stabilizer relo kit and its great too

Tell me more when you get time about this stab relo kit. I see a few people using them including Way of Life. What are the benefits?
THanks

stabilizer relo is all about getting the stabilizer up and out of the way. From the factory the stabilizer is the lowest thing on the front axle/steering assembly. The win loss rate on stabilizers vs rocks is not good for the stabilizer.

You don’t need an adjustable track bar with the Mopar lift...unless you are anal like me. Knowing my front axle was off about 1/2” bugged me. I installed the sector shaft brace and the adjustable track bar from Synergy at the same time. Installing the track bar and adjusting it and the drag link is a1/2 hour job at best and really easy. The Synergy track bar uses the same oem adjuster as the drag link, so you install it, torque two mounting bolts, loosen the pinch bolt and turn the adjuster with your hand to center the axle. Torque the pinch bolt and you are done. Then adjust the drag link in the same way. No alignment is required.

My front axle is 1" biased to the drivers side. Sounds like your's is a 1/2". Or becuse mine is 1" towards the drivers side, that means I only need to adjust to 1/2"? I have the part already, so I'd just assume to get it installed and be done with it.
Thanks

This right here, never heard of you needing a alignment by adding a Trackbar and dragline. I never needed a alignment on my JKU.

I have a JTR and I believe the Mopar lift doesn’t lift a JTR as high as it is already lifted slightly. Anyway, given the track bar is fixed to the frame on the driver side and attached to the axle on the passenger side, when you lift the vehicle, the track bar is now too short and it pulls the axle towards the driver side creating the issue you are observing.

Your statements are correct. Simple fix that does NOT change your toe in, camber, or caster so no alignment of anything but the steering wheel. Plus, with the lift, no need to jack up the vehicle. Once the oem track bar is removed, the axle will seek to center, but I usually rock the vehicle side to side by pulling and pushing on the side of the front bumper. I then measure to ensure the axle is centered. I then install the axle (Passenger) side first (on the Synergy bar the adjuster is on the frame (driver) side. Another nice feature of the Synergy bar is that the clearance offset is welded at the correct angle, so the only adjustment is length. Adjust it to length, install the driver side, torque both ends, measure your axle center one more time and torque the adjuster pinch bolt. Done.

Now check your steering wheel. It will be off center (when you centered the axle, it moved to the right pulling the steering wheel off center). The drag link adjuster is on the driver side next to the connector to the pitman arm. Loosen the pinch bolt and turn the adjuster (when the top moves forward, the steering wheel will move towards center). Move it about 20 degrees, tighten the pinch bolt and drive the vehicle to see the result. You will need to make minute adjustments to get it perfect (remember I’m a bit anal) and then torque the pinch bolt to spec.

All of that is about 30 minutes of work, but be advised some shops have minimum labor rates and may charge you for an hour.

One last comment, if you had your Jeep aligned or are confident the alignment is correct, there is absolutely no reason to have it aligned again. Good luck!

how do you guys check measurement for your axle being centered or not?

Thank you so much for your comments. Truck runs great down the road and no wobble, bump steer or anything, so I'm pretty happy with the alignment. Will give it a try on my own and see what happens.
Thanks again
