Insane. No thanks. I’ll do a blower on the JT and keep my manual and my bank account. I’ve got something lighter with nearly 700hp to get my speed fix.

What is there to choose? A properly geared JL diesel will be just as good as the 392 for Jeep stuff and the TRX platform is immensely more capable at actually utilizing all that power. For me that would be a no-brainer.I think TFL got their new TRX for approximately $75,000...choose wisely.

I think I would have a hard time rock crawling the TRX or bring it my local Jeep club so it's a no brainer indeedWhat is there to choose? I would buy that SOB in a heartbeat if I could afford it...I think I would have a hard time rock crawling the TRX or bring it my local Jeep club so it's a no brainer indeed![]()
yeah, I do prefer my JT, but I could totally manage living with a TRX.I would buy that SOB in a heartbeat if I could afford it...
I agree! I am one of those people that opted for a heavily-optioned Gladi, and the window sticker was $60k. I saw value in it, while many others wouldn't. Suddenly everyone is tripping on a fully-loaded V8 392 factory Jeep!?!?So many Rubicon owners had no issues paying $60K+. $10k more gets you a V8! What the complaints........
Now I paid $38K for mine. Would take a second rig rather that spend that for one!
Still can't wait to see them and I'm sure they will sell like Hot Cakes.
you can, go to AEV's website or Rubitrux and you can buy as many 6.4's with whatever level of fluff you want for less than 75K. these just won't have the ability to lock in 4 high, make the exhaust loud or quiet, get a warranty that will be covered at any dealer in the nation, only the AEV approved ones, and you won't be able to buy an extended warranty that will be honored at and dealer in the nation.I just think it would be nice to be able to get a HEMI without all the fluff.
