I do not have a receiver hitch.Unless you have a Class 3 receiver upgrade you have a Class 2. It is under the rear bumper.
Check again. Unless you bought used and it was taken off it is standard equipment.I do not have a receiver hitch.
That’s not a hitch receiver, that’s a place to put a ball hitch.Check again. Unless you bought used and it was taken off it is standard equipment.

I think the term "receiver" is a simple misnomer here. That’s not a hitch receiver, that’s a place to put a ball hitch.
You have to drill a hole through the bumper plastics.

The receiver is part of the Tow Package. If you want it to come with a receiver, you have to pay for it. If you get the factory installed Tow Package, it also includes an upgraded alternator and cooling fan.I wanted my truck to come with a receiver but it did not. All gladiators should come from factory with the receiver. You should not have to buy that separate.

You can tow a trailer with it......If you want to install a “hitch receiver” you have to uninstall this piece that is in its place that does the same thing it does. Call it what you will. That’s not a hitch receiver, that’s a place to put a ball hitch.

That looks like it’s meant for the transport company personnel. Drivers and or yard peeps. Securing to the carriers. It lists Class II receiver hitch which mine did not come with.
