Sorry if you already posted this and I missed it. Did you take off the trim around the edge of the painted fender when you chopped? Most of the chops I have seen leave the plastic trim and cut it in alignment with the lights. It looks like you removed it completely?

Yes i removed mine completely i need the extra clearance and i wanted to get ride of the black on the lower part of my fenders. But i also figured out away to keep the inner fenders so i didn’t have o buy new ones.

Thanks. I am planning on installing lights and chopping, and like the idea of removing the plastic trim. Is the metal edge under that trim a "clean" line? Assume you like the look? Any regrets on the removal of the trim? Did you do the rears too?

Yeah man - got used to the OEM version on our Traverse and wanted something similar on the Gladiator.

Surprised at how simple the install was. Used an existing Aux wire under glove box (for simplicity and to avoid hard install into fuse box). Includes a GPS antenna to embed location and speed in recordings. Recommend for sure.

I built my own cargo management insert. Made it so the freedom panels fit in the middle and won’t slide around. Now I just have to wait for another nice day to spray the whole thing with bedliner. Also tinted the front windows.
