Simple but wonderful ... routed a 15' phone cable under the glove box and up into the console.

Best cheap upgrade since the dead pedal!

Was it easy to get up there. How did you pull it through?

Super simple. Forgive the ridiculous picture which aims to show which pieces of plastic and carpet I used to hide the cable. Started where the phone is and snaked it through. Took about five minutes.

Installed an Air Lift 1000 kit. I checked out a bunch of videos on YouTube on installing these bags right through the springs. The first one took me almost 45 minutes of fighting and swearing. Then I decided to warm the bag up in hot water. Second one took me 3 minutes! So just a hint: squeeze all the air out and cap it like the videos show, but them warm the air bags up in a pot of hot tap water first for a few minutes! They become super pliable and will slip in through the springs so much easier.

So far, the ride is fine with the bed loaded down (~400 lbs.), maybe a little harder on bumps. But so much better traction going down the road. My front end isn't bouncing around.

When I got my Gladiator, I said to myself, “Self, you won’t swap the wheels and tires on this awesome truck. There’s no need to swap wheels and tires... stock is just fine.”

Yeah, well, I’m a big, fat liar!

Fitipaldi FTC16 and Falken Wildpeak A/T3W (P285/70R17)

Yup... big... fat... liar. But I’m flippin‘ happy!

Pic is before/during/after

Mounted an ARB compressor on a 813 Fabrications mount and got it wired today.

That's clean! They have some great products. Definitely would have gone with one of the 813 options if I hadn't gone with Innovative JK Products.
