I honestly think I like the look of the sport more than the bronco. Not b/c I’m jeep biased either. I just think it looks better.

The sport is a good looking little rig. It would look better if it was scaled up. Its definitely a good look for something like the next Expedition.

pretender or contender?

Naive people go to dealerships and get their heads filled with sales pitch crap and then think the vehicle they are going to pay way too much for will climb anything and go anywhere with the touch of a button or the turn of a dial... and they won't... I have pulled out several vehicles with my Gladiator, and at least two were Jeeps driven into impossible places by people who believe that pounding on the verticle peddle will whisk them over any terrain they may encounter. Let's wait and see what the Bronco will do in the long run.

But the thing IS part of the bronco line and that is all most folks will ever care to know. Sort of similar to the four cylinder Camero. Looks good, no nuts.

I think the new big bronco will be a fantastic alternative for 75-80% of wrangler buyers. And based on the TFL review, perhaps easier to drive and more comfortable due to the IFS.

I think your correct. The big bronco is going to win over many Jeep fans. It’s an impressive vehicle. For me, I wouldn’t consider it an option. I think it will take many years for the bronco to have the same aftermarket support and event’s to match Jeep. They probably will never be able to match in those categories. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with two ford’s over the past 9 year’s. I have a 2020 Mustang sitting at the dealership right now(3 weeks). It seems like the more tech they put in, the more often it goes to the shop.

Probably made the same mistake I almost made the first time I drove on the beach: not letting enough air out of the tires. If I hadn't been told that I never would have thought to do it. But get to ~18 PSI and you are good to go.
