Here is how it went.

The service manager had a brief meeting with the (count 'em 3 !) Staff prior to the OP arriving and stated that we have a "problem customer" coming in to waste our time as punishment for something we had to do. He said something along the lines of "the guy is unreasonable and his expectations are not in line with reality.".

He then said, so sit down, and listen to his rant. We will then feign interest and apologize profusely.

After that we will go back to work and try to catch up on the three other trucks that are now behind schedule.

I have a feeling we aren’t going to hear how the meeting went, if there was a meeting!

At least OP hasn't started multiple threads selectively polling for a class action, THAT guy was a douche.

OP seemed to understand after several pages of solid beat down/cool down that he had zero recourse. Hopefully he's just out Jeepin'. It would be nice however to hear what the exact citing was from the dealer if just to satisfy my own OCD and put a period on this sentence. But I think we all know that crow doesn't taste very good.

You're an idiot, there's no way that a dealer service professional would behave that way. That would just be unfair to the employees. He also gave them each a "whiner bingo card" to fill out with a mark for each time the complainer says "my rights" or "you lied." Bonus squares for calling the car "my baby," and calling his car by a name. Double bonus if it's the name of some mythical creature. The person with the most bingo marks at the end of the meeting gets an extra donut and a Starbucks card.
