Tire Fill Alert System Availability?

I've seen on another site that the Tire Fill Alert System is not getting installed on Gladiators after June 2021 build dates due to chip shortage.
One responder said Jeep Chat told him his price for the Jeep would be adjusted.
This does not impact the Tire Pressure Monitoring System...
Any truth or facts to this?

Humm how much price adjustment? I dont have it and there was no price adjustment for advertised "standard" equipment missing.

huh this is just the truck making noise when you hit your PSI target no ? I never used it though as I sit and look while it’s filling anyways.

I haven't heard how much. Only one other guy mentioned he saw no adjustment either...
I haven't received my Gladiator yet, so I am at a loss...

The Tazer has this function.

The Tire Fill Alert is different than this. This is just the Tire Pressure Monitoring System...
TFI will beep the horn when you're filling the tire from being low for trailing. It's settable for what you want to run on the street. I suppose it can be set to honk if you get down to a certain pressure too. Not sure of that....

It's the same. Tire monitoring is done internally on the Gladiator. The Tazer won't honk the horn.

It works airing up or down. You get two presets. I have mine at 37 and 20.

I would do naughty things for this option, the air points in my usual stomping grounds are 6x6 posts with an air line hanging off or a unimog letting me borrow from his air brakes. Both require an eye on the dash display which is okay if cabin crew are there but if you're on your own, fishing at 2am... it takes longer than it should. This chip problem is gonna do something horrible to the market when it resolves. Ford has acres and acres of vehicles just sitting at like 98-99% completed for delivery. GM and "Jeep's new, new forever step dad, we mean it this time, he's The One" is similar.

I love the select tire fill alert. It took a quick read of the owners manual since it's grayed out on the app screen, but after I learned to turn it on in settings it's been great.

As someone said, it beats finding someone to come sit in your rig while you go tire to tire filling them up/airing them down. I set one preset to 15psi and the other to 37psi.

Maybe there was an update, but I find the system cumbersome to use at best. I have to enable the menu while truck is run mode and then I can go to the menu when the truck is running. But that all resets after turning off the vehicle.
